When we made our remarks to the duty manager (Saleh), he called the chef, and I thought his name was (Hassan), and I complained about the bad food. It is forbidden, by God, for a 5-star hotel in Saudi Arabia with this low and shameful level. It is clear that the hotel is rapidly approaching rock bottom.
