Al alya hotel the worst night mare ever. On the very first day we came late 24 hours our flight got delayed, on request the staff didn't refund the money, the don't speak English at all, no WiFi in the hotel room , no kitchen in the room and after the days we had uk nationals like us and they took from them 600 pounds and didn't provide the room saying your late and no room and they traveled three night like us and they have returned back in tired and pain, I request all the people reading it from UK or any part of the world for the sake of Allah don't book this hotel and please keep yourself away from it. Highly not recommended worst experience in madina ,saudi with this hotel.

My parents and sister enjoyed this hotel, I stayed with them for a couple of days and was very comfortable throughout my stay. The staff made my stay very relaxing and provided me with all my needs and answered all my questions with great knowledge of the area. They were super friendly and outgoing. I would come back here again when visiting Madinah plus its only a 10min walk to Masjid Nabawi which is amazing.

My friend in Canada recommended this hotel and I couldn’t be happier! It’s so close to masjid al Nabawi, and the hotel room was a perfect size. Spacious and came with a good size mini fridge which was really convenient for keeping any food overnight, and storing snacks/drinks. Lastly, the staff were super friendly and we had so many good laughs, especially with the manager Turky. An amazing guy.

This amazing hotel is very close to masjid al nawabi which was a big advantage for me and parents. Prime location. The walk is short (about 10 minutes), nice and peaceful too. The hotel staff was so nice and accommodating, they all made sure we were happy and comfortable throughout our entire stay. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Thank you!!
