Beit Wared - Libanesisches Restaurant - Madinah - مطعم بيت ورد Nicht abgeholt

I was a big fan of the place but not anymore. Our experience today was awful starting of explaining the menu which extremely not was served to the table. Food took forever to be served, Almaghrib prayer was called and no dates neither glasses for water on the table i was running after the waiter to get our staff. Food served very cold NO drinks and dessert were served at all while the way out the waiter running after me to give me what were not served. I am sorry you really have zero knowledge how to operate the idea of iftar. Worst experience i paid 300 SR for 2 people while they did not deserve 50 SR for the bad experience. Will never recommend it to anyone and never visiting again.

Unfortunately, my recent visit left much to be desired. The food quality was consistently poor, and the service fell short of expectations. However, amidst the disappointment, Ahmad stood out as a beacon of excellence. Despite the challenges, he remained dedicated and provided exceptional service throughout. His hard work and professionalism were commendable. While I won't be returning to this establishment due to the consistent subpar experience, Ahmad's efforts deserve recognition.

Our experience at the restaurant was thoroughly disappointing. Despite arriving early, we were left waiting without being served water or dates even after the Athan. After a ten-minute wait, I had to fetch them myself to break our fast. Additionally, the main dish arrived cold, and we had to remind the staff for soup after finishing our meal. We left early due to the unsatisfactory service and won't be returning or recommending it to anyone for iftar.

One of the best Lebanese, the plates are delicious and the service is 5 stars and the decoration is wonderful, but the plates are kinda small in size and really really really expensive, otherwise everything is fine and wonderful within this place , and i didn’t talk about the cafe they are having , the coffee taste is acceptable and the Kunafa is so delicious but as i mentioned, the serving size is small and the price is so high

صراحة من اسوء المطاعم اللي اكلت فيها. المعاملة سيئة جدا. الاكل كان ابدا مو بكرم. الكميات اصغر منها ما في. المطعم يضحك عالزبائن. ما انصح اي شخص باكل عندهم. Customer service is extremely bad. The waiter was so ruder, I couldn't believe it. Also completely useless, he had no idea about anything on the menu. We kept having to show him the items one by one on the menu so that he knows what we want. Very disappointed and bothered to be honest. I haven't tried the food yet but my whole mood have shifted because of him. A restaurant is not only atmosphere or decoration, the most important thing is customer service, and it cost you nothing. A smile would go a long way and cost absolutely nothing (it's free). Being nice and answering people in a nice, attitude free way is extremely important. Even now after writing the review, I am still not in a good mood because of the rude waiter. So sad to be honest. UPDATE: After seeing the food, I am even more disappointed now. We ordered Ftilet Remen, and I have never seen any stinger portion in the world, it was so ridiculous. The potatos that came with the dish was like 3x more than the non existence thinly slices, barely seeable under the microscope, meat slices. I am absolutely furious at this stage.
