Das Café Al Shurfa ist ein gehobenes Restaurant mit luxuriöser Einrichtung und Dekoration, das sich im Waldrof Qasar Al Sharq Hotel auf der 1. Etage befindet. Das Personal war sehr einladend und freundlich. Herr Khalil Al Zahrani (Manager) war sehr professionell in der Kommunikation und Koordination mit den Kunden und war sehr herzlich willkommen. Das Café ist öffentlich zugänglich. Das Café Al Shurfa befindet sich in der Corniche Rd, Ash Shati, Waldrof, Jeddah.

I stayed here for one night and I wish it was longer! This is a beautiful property in one of the most lively neighborhood in Jeddah. Everything from the architecture, details, decor about this hotel is beautiful. It is located right across from a lot of restaurants that stay open till 2-3am which is a big plus point for me. The service and staff members were probably my favorite part about this and the reason I'll be back here whenever I am back in Jeddah. Huge thank you and shoutout to Abdul(our doorman), Abdullah and Abdulrehman(the front-desk folks) and Shahadat (butler) who went above and beyond to provide a great stay for me and my family!

Very luxurious hotel with very elegant and beautiful decorative entrance Amazing details everywhere and very nice staff and welcoming Stayed once here for two night and was unforgettable stay Close to Jeddah Hilton and can enjoyed services on both hotels

I am a member at the Waldorf Astoria- Qasr Al Sharq spa for many years. It is my happy place whenever I feel stressed. All members are friendly, welcoming and attentive. The manager Sarah is so great and always makes sure that all members are satisfied. The massage is another story, very relaxing and they serve you tea and fruits after the treatment. Scrub and facial is excellent too

The Spa experience made my day! Beginning from the welcoming front desk to the clean and calm facilities pool/jaccuzzi/steam/sauna & complimentary arabic coffee, fruit, flavored water & tea. I had a mani/pedicure with Michelle (with the beautiful Red Sea view) and relax massage with Hershey, both were experts, gentle & very attentive. This has been my first visit and inshallah will definitely come back again. Thank you Hilton Spa team!
