Mediocre hotel. Prices don't justify the service at all. Worst breakfast, feels like they served last night dinner remains. Rooms are not sound proof at all. Gym, swimming pool and other amenities are not available, they have ladies gym attached to hotel so hotel guests cannot use the amenities till the gym closes for the day. Beds are not comfortable. Anything you ask and they say "sorry not available". If not available then why advertising. Will never come back to this hotel. Overpriced.

The 2 stars are for cordial, nice reception staff, beautiful lobby, patio and breakfast lounge. Besides that, the bathrooms in the hotel and in the room were of EXTREMELY POOR condition. Shower pole keeps detaching, one shower head doesn’t work, the leak in the toilet is constant. The toilet next to the breakfast restaurant is like a toilet out of a construction site. Unacceptable. The room phone is outdated and the logos are inaccurate. Housekeeping didn’t show up for 2 days claiming later that the “clean” button you click is often misused. When I asked reception for cleaning, only the room was made up, the bathroom remained untouched, floor soggy and amenities not replenished. They even took my shower towel without replacing it. I used the laundry service, and while it was convenient and reasonably priced, unfortunately my shirts all still smell in the underarms and from leftover perfumes. This hotel might have had its fame, but it needs some serious shake up.

Updated Review of Very Bad Stay (*We were one of the long-stay customers before one year and were happy, BUT unfortunately we reported the deterioration of the services among different areas and functions during this stay*). *** We advise all respectful customers & institutions to avoid it.*** Positives: Location (easy to get there). Outdoor garden. Areas of Improvement: Poorly communicating non-professional new staff in comparison to previous staff. Poor duty management with big fatal mistakes (assigned poorly maintained rooms as clean ready rooms at check-in) see the pictures. Poorly disabled room doors & facilities. Parking (very difficult to find car parking). Poorly explained room, stay amenities. Noisy odors and wood smell (risk for asthma exacerbation). Limited amenities and services of Poor response from Front Disc to discuss problems of the stay. Internet WiFi connection doesn’t work and mobile internet connection also out of coverage area NOT working. Ver expensive in comparison to the risk and poor services. Limited poorly served items for breakfast. Limited TV channels. Poor housekeeping (dirty bed & baths) see pictures.
