Although the hotel has a good location, the service is pretty bad. If you escalate to the duty manager, it will surely be ignored. I arranged an airport pickup, and the pickup was confirmed on two occasions, but still, there were no pickup arrangements made. Trying to phone the hotel is a pointless exercise because they do not answer the phones. The restaurant has a very limited menu with an option of a buffet, which I did not try.

It's a nice and friendly place to chill and dine. Also, I'd like to commend the service of this team specially Ellie, Ramon,Saroj,Saif, Ivy and Matin. They are of great help and made sure our group is well accommodated. The food too is great! 👍💕

Nice, quiet and clean hotel with friendly staff. Especially the restaurant staff and the chefs, upgrade the level of customer service with their professionalism. The Chef’s team, Ellie, Ramon, Jojo and the rest put a wonderful effort into making our stay a pleasant experience.

I’ve had the opportunity to be able to visit a large amount of Starbucks globally, and this Starbucks is the best one that I’ve been to. The service that I was provided by Karen was second to none. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

We were supposed to check in at 730am. The information was already given and booking confirmed by the hotel. On arrival they said rooms are not available and to wait. The lady was very rude and behaved as if they were doing a favor to us by letting us stay in the hotel. We thought of having breakfast and there were served expired Nutella. The chef was very apologetic. After having breakfast went to the reception again just to hear the manager say they cant do anything about the rooms as they were sold out. The manager was rude and had the same attitude as the lady at the reception earlier. Had to wait more than 2hours despite having a confirmed booking for early arrival. Avoid booking this hotel unless you want to be treated miserably
