In my pursuit of spiritual serenity via an Umrah pilgrimage, I encountered an establishment that, instead of providing the sanctity expected, inundated me with a deluge of vexations. A fortnight prior to my anticipated arrival, the to-be 'custodians of chaos' conveyed their inability to extend hospitality, citing an audacious "evacuation order." A cascade of inconvenience ensued as they proposed alternatives akin to lodgings barely acceptable to cattle and stationed at a distance disconcertingly far from the Haram. Despite the vastly evident inferiority of their suggested alternative hell-holes, they brazenly positioned this proposition as a "complimentary upgrade," as though their presumption of benevolence should be received with unquestioning gratitude. Requesting a refund, a reasonable request one might assume, elicited an initial agreement. Alas, transparency regarding the timing of this proved as elusive as a mirage. Subsequently securing an alternative abode, my satisfaction was fleeting as the establishment continued its streak of horror by rescinding its refund commitment. When I elucidated the no cancellation policy of my secured alternative, they affirmed that I should to annul my newly secured arrangements. A dispute lodged with my bank ensued, much to the evident irritation of the establishment, prompting a barrage of futile appeals for a retraction. Their disingenuous plea, as if my brain had recently been bestowed upon me, demonstrated a clear disregard for customer intelligence, or any intelligence whatsoever for that matter. This regrettable saga leaves me contemplating the possibility of a dubious scheme to redirect guests towards affiliated hotels to secure more bookings. Never before have I witnessed such a spectacle of managerial ineptitude. In summation, my earnest advice is to avoid any entanglements with these architects of anarchy, unless, of course, one harbours an inexplicable fondness for migraines.

Hello, I've been to this hotel for 11 days and it was quiet far from the haram, the agency that we came with told us it's 600 m but in reality it was 1.1 km far from the closest entry to the Masdjid The room service was quiet terrible, claimed so many time about the service we were asked to stay in the room "in case the cleaner comes" but when he came, he seemed like he didn't want to do his job and left me standing ..! A great view from the bedroom we were in the 18th floor but the elevators were so crowded especially right after Salat The food was okay, but same plates repeated The breakfast was better than dinner I know that we went to worship but we payed a huge amount of money we expected smth from there.. Last but not least, I enjoyed sittimg in the mezzanine, the staff in the reception were so great, even the stores down the hall I look forward to returning to Makkah but not in this hotel.. Thank you for reading this far 🙏🏻

I am currently staying in this hotel. The location of the hotel is not bad at all. It’s quite close to the haram. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. However, the rooms in the hotel smell very moldy. The bathroom smell is horrid. We asked for someone to clean it for us before we used it, and the smell was still there. Forgot to mention, but the air is also very moist. The clothes we left in the hotel were all of a sudden wet. Do what you will with this information. Personally, I wouldn’t stay here again.
