Dream moment for hotel apartments

I lived in Dubai for 9 years until 2021, and been traveling on business almost every month since then. Of all my stays, this was the worst experience I ever had. I had 9 different people, including the ‘superior’ as they introduced him texting me on WhatsApp for the last 5 days and none was able to solve the issue. I was not handed over an access card to the building and every time I am back from work or outside I have to climb the 3 floors of parking ramps carrying all my staff from P3 to ground floor. When I complained, they kept transferring me from one personnel to another until my WhatsApp was loaded with contacts from their company with no action taken. They hardly answer the messages. Not to mention that the apartment was not very clean. I landed at 4 am and there was no complementary water left for the guests which cost nothing! So unprofessional, inefficient team with the lowest standards of hospitality industry

Guests, please be aware of scams from there end. Getting false accusations mails and charging penalties. Please keep videos or photos for yoursafety. Very shameful activities 👎

The lack of assistance and courtesy from the staff at dream In was disappointing. I encountered unprofessional behavior when trying to resolve a billing issue. The staff seemed indifferent and unresponsive, making it a frustrating experience.

management is not on site, which means it's hard to contact the landlord. The fridge didn't work and they gave us an appointment to fix it and didn't come, as promised, 3 times. After a discussion with the landlord, Malik Jawad, he promised a 20% refund and they never acted on this. Also, the toilet leaks water from the wall — the ground is always wet. Pillows were not good quality. The hairdryer has the incorrect plug from a different country, which is not at all used in the UAE. The wifi password was also not given to us, leaving us needing to contact Malik about the password, and therefore having the first few hours that we didn't come without wifi. In addition, only one key was given to the apartment. Overall, while the location of the apartment is good, the service is most certainly not and the room has many issues with it, making it a headache to live in, even for my short, 5-night long visit. Furthermore, if your flight arrives early, before the checkin opens, you will have to book the night before your stay to ensure an early checkin. I wouldn't recommend staying with Dream-inn.

For the second time they canceled my booking just one day before the check in, although they deducted the money. The reason was the owner wants his apartment which is not convincing and not professional at all. I don’t recommend dream inn apartments to anyone because they are not professional. I will never trust dream inn at all
