Dar Al-Naeem Hotel

- we found a WORM in our bedroom. We immediately asked for a refund and left and booked another hotel at midnight. The hotel rooms are quite dirty. - the location is close but the area is under construction and so there is a lot of dust in the area during the day time - as soon as we entered the hotel the cleaners were cleaning the reception area with copious amounts of water. We didn't want to dirty the floor during their working time so we didn't bring our luggage until we absolutely had to - the lady at the reception was an absolute nightmare. She had a lot of attitude, was making no effort to understand me. - lift wait times are crazy, consider that in addition to the walk to the Masjid to make it on time

The elevator is to busy and the stop algorithm is a bit off. Great food. The room is quite small. Is a bit too long for check in process. Not too far from Nabawi Mosque, only 5-10 minutes walk.

The condition of the room was clean and tidy but due to the large number of visitors staying overnight, towels were not available when the room was opened. There is no free coffee and tea in the room (or there really isn't any), room window very dusty. there are no AC settings and no instructions for using equipment in the hotel room. For breakfast, lunch and dinner there are 2 types, Indonesian cuisine or Indian cuisine. These 2 types of dishes are very delicious, accompanied by salad, fruit and drinks. Definitely not a 5 star hotel but serves the purpose Situated near to musjid al nabawi...accessibility to the haram and shops around is good The hotel itself could definitely be improved alot...firstly the lobby area is mostly jam packed and the staff at the front desk are not helpful at all especially anas Secondly the lifts are very small and take very long to come...n.b. only 6 lifts are available with a capacity of ±10 people at maximum not withstanding the porter's trolley or wheelchairs Also lifts go past your floor sometimes which is agonizing...all in all you need to leave 15 minutes early especially if you going haram to catch the lift and be on time,and let's not speak about Friday especially after the jummah prayer 🙈🙈 The restaurant needs a big upgrade...to give you an idea how it's...when the lift opens up on restaurant level you can literally see guys eating in front of your eyes....come on guys at least make a separate room where people can eat in privacy and in peace The rooms overall are alright...beds are alright,wifi network is not so great and the bathrooms need a touch up...shower area was really small and the shower didn't feel like a proper shower Housekeeping were good and on thr ball whenever you needed them Even porter's here are useless...rather bring and take your own luggage will be better All in all I personally think this hotel needs a massive upgrade especially for attracting international audience, because the destination Is ideal and that's what people are looking for nowadays

We stay at this hotel for 4 nights. It was located at a 2-minute walking distance from Masjid-e-Nabvi. The place was good. The rooms are clean and well equipped but the room space was not enough for the family as the rooms are very small. Fast Wi-Fi is available, room services are good, and a kettle is available along with tea stuff. Iron was not available from the hotel management so we faced difficulty with that. The hotel is quite expensive. Overall it was a nice experience and recommended.
