My recent stay at Dabab Hotel was a complete disappointment. The room was outdated and dirty, amenities were broken or missing, and the staff were indifferent to guest needs. Spl Reception black man is very rude. Even water is not given time of sahur .. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Not recommended at all

We took a whole package including the wedding hall and a bridal suite. Everything was done on time with no delays. spacious clean room , well- decorated hall and tasty , hotly served dinner buffet . all our guests left the evening feeling satisfied and happy. The bride and groom were comfortably accommodated in their suite. Mr. Marwan , Mr. Shamil and the catering staff were very patient with all our requests , very helpful and extremely friendly to us and our guests. The rooms and hall need some renewal though. The furniture and floors are well- cleaned and scrubbed despite being old style. The carpeted floors need to be changed as it is an old property . Despite being old , this place is cosy and likeable. Highly recommended for a family occasion with a group of up to 150 guests.

An old fashion hotel with classic atmosphere. Reception is very helpful , they are not changing the soap in bathroom on daily basis . A Llittle bit noisy specially in the morning since the staff start cleaning the rooms which generally in other hotels they are making after 12 to ensure good sleeping quality for the guests . Location is good . Check out process took with me too much time which shall not be more than 2 minutes .

it's a basic hotel, fine for a short stay but less than you would expect for what you pay, breakfast is good, checkout was not rushed, hypermarket just round the corner, but it's a basic hotel, everything is basic, room and furniture are a bit shabby, they provided towels for one person although we were obviously a couple, definately not a 4-star standard.

As per our CPD Event recently, our organization has noticed the following: 1) The staffs are accommodating 2) Foods and drinks were prepared on time. 3) The sound system, projector etc are NOT working which caused the delay on our event by half an hour. No IT technician in the hotel was available.. So, for us, in this aspect, the Hotel failed. Needs to improve their sound system and IT system.
