CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul

For a 5 star 300ish euro price per night, I was not impressed at all. Almost everything except water bottles were either inaccessible or need to be paid for. I did not have a feeling of someone who has been welcomed as 5 star hotel guest but rather as a money making opportunity. All sort of pricey options offered at check in,.. Terrace was not available unless you book for restaurant,…pool is not available unless you pay for Cap, breakfast unbelievably expensive, no beverage offering in lobby,… I would say for the price you pay and what you get, not worthy

Exquisite, luxurious, tasteful, spacious rooms with great ambience. Spectacular views on Bosporus, and only minutes away from Taksim and Istiklal Street. The staff were very much helpful and kind , and the food was splendid. The spa was worth visiting. I highly recommend it as a beautiful hotel for your stay in Istanbul.

Okay… let me be frank with you. I was very worried because I booked the hotel based on the praise of some friends, and just so you know, I am very selective and it’s very difficult for me to like something easily. However, since I entered the hotel, my opinion completely changed, and I was at the peak of my happiness. I had the fastest check-in ever, the staff were extremely polite and ethical, and very cooperative. Unfortunately, I didn’t like the view from the room, so I informed the hotel, and they promised to change the room for me. And indeed, within two days, I moved to a very wonderful room with a view that makes you not want to leave the room. The hotel is very, very, very clean and of a high standard. The breakfast is diverse and wonderful… but I have one comment: I ordered food to the room and the food was below the expected level, which was disappointing. I want to thank Shukran for her kindness and ethics, and for the gift she gave us when we left the hotel. My next trip to Istanbul will be booking at the same hotel.”

We really enjoyed it here at CVK! The stuff is really friendly and helpful. We checked in and didnt like the room view so they promised to change the room with a better view once will be available one. And they did! It was really beautiful and nice! Will do it again for sure Sukran from the reception was really sweet and helpful!! Many thanks to her🩷🩷
