I don’t understand why this hotel is rated so low. I got 5 star service. The staff is amazing. The breakfast is world class. The room has old school charm. This hotel is like the movie Hotel Budapest. It’s a true world traveler hotel.

Great 'Old World Charm' hotel. Rooms lovely, immaculately clean, everything you need. Great location. Close to must see sights. Very helpful staff. Highly recommend

Room was super cold and heating wasn't working very well, toiletries not provided except for soap. I asked for a take away breakfast and they prepared one that was not, so I could not have it. Staff could not speak very good English and called a taxi that scammed me, not using the meter and charging double the price (staff should really check on this taxi service they use because one might suspect they're part of the scam). Not a 4 stars hotel in my opinion.

Had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The hotel is centrally located with all tourist places within quick reach. The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a very positive vibe to it. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Sultanahmet area.

It has a great location, very close to several museums and located at the historic part of Istanbul. The personnel is good and attentive. The terrace has a fantastic view. There is a restaurant at the Terrace located on the third floor. The rooms are quiet and clean. The hotel was not busy in December.
