I stayed at the Hyatt House Hotel in Jeddah for over a month due to work. Unfortunately, during my stay, I had a very unpleasant experience. My gold nickels and a mobile holder were stolen from my room. I immediately informed the hotel staff, but to my dismay, no action was taken for 10 days UNTIL NOW!!!!
I followed up with the hotel three times, once by calling the service room and twice by speaking to the reception, explaining the situation in detail. However, despite my efforts, nothing has been done to address the theft.
It's disheartening to experience such negligence, especially as a long-term guest. I urge the hotel management to take immediate action to investigate and resolve this matter promptly. This incident has significantly impacted my stay and has left me feeling unsafe and disappointed with the hotel's lack of response and security measures.
