Excellent.very clean room.it was beautiful cleaning service,👍 I am back again.

Awful!!! We booked and paid for a room for 4 people ( 2 adults and 2 children). The hotel advertises itself as on a beachfront - there is a building site in front of it and even if there wasn't, you still wouldn't be able to see the sea. When we arrived they told us that the room we booked and paid for was not available - basically they just gave it to someone else! Instead they could give us a normal room with a double bed ( 4 people)! And if we didn't like that then tough luck, no money back! When we pointed out that this is against their own policies , they agreed to refund ( this took several days). All the while the attitude of the staff was completely unacceptable. They were not even bothered or apologetic about the situation! It took us hours to find another suitable room in a different hotel, needless to say our stay in Jeddah was completely ruined.

Good price/benefit. Room is very large with a leaving room, small toilet/shower, A/C and wifi great too. Coffee/tea and water free all the time. No breakfast available, even paying. Idea was to stay here and walk to stadium, which is not realistic, cause there's no walkway and you walk/cross highways. Staff is super nice. Reception speaks good english. Got good tips on private beaches. There's a very nice gym 400m distance. All in all, happy with my 5 nights stay.

Really disliked this hotel. I guess it was cheap so I should expect it to be horrible and it was. The coffee making facilities are redundant as they had no coffee. the staff couldn't be bothered and laughed when I complained. I am really not fussy, generally I give good reviews for most places but this place really was exceptional, exceptionally bad. Avoid.

Service was super kind and always provided water toilet paper and tissue the rooms were good and were clean even the toilet seats the only thing that made me put 4 stars in total was the mini fridge it was super small and didn’t fit many stuff and sometimes made my water and food ACTUALLY FREEZE but other than that 4 stars ❤️
