2/ The rooms are clean and tidy, although the furnishings are a bit old, but for the price they are nice and have air conditioning, a refrigerator, a heater, and a TV. It is best to make sure that they are working, the number of chairs, the condition of the furnishings, and the tripartite plugs, accompanied by the worker, because the receptionist takes the account in advance and signs you a contract with conditions, including maintaining the furniture and equipment and turning off the appliances. When leaving, even though there is a cleaner who checks the apartment when it is delivered, and the visitor’s details are in the system
3/ The bathroom is large, Arabic and European, and there is no kitchen or washing machine
4/ Elevator service is available, but to be honest, it is scary and makes noises, vibrates, and locks. Suddenly, the family intervened, and I preferred the stairs to him, as the building is two floors down. I lived on the first floor, while the ground floor said there was nothing there.
5/ If the windows freshen the air in the rooms and smell the air and open the window, you will notice that it has no wire to prevent the entry of insects and is just a curtain, and if the window faces the street, the sounds of passing cars are a nuisance.
6/ The location. How do you know what the location is? I am looking for temporary housing that has services near it. I go on foot, but I had a lot of trouble walking to the restaurant and the markets because of the mountainous terrain, and I had a muscle strain because I am not used to going up into the mountains, even though the street is asphalt and the waterfall park is not far away. You can reach it on foot, but the road near it is public and children must be careful
7/ Bring with you hand and shower soap, hair shampoo, toothpaste, and towels, because their quantity here is modest.
8/ Abha, from one neighborhood to another, you will notice a change in the direction of prayer, and you must make sure that the neighborhood has mountainous terrain.
9/ If you try to turn on the air conditioning on hot to keep warm, you will notice that the air is cold when it is on hot, and the rooms do not have heating service, and even the walls and tiles are cold.
