Wonderful experience 🌟

I took a room without a living room. The room is clean and beautiful, and the bathroom is also clean. Its price is 230 riyals. The reception staff have excellent manners. The Saudis are good. The Lebanese are bad and nervous and forced to leave permanently, which is the worst thing in the hotel.. Checking out is all the apartments allow leaving after the afternoon.. A Saudi called and said graduation 2, and after love, Khashoum agreed. Go out at 3, even though it is generally 3:30 in the afternoon. Remove the Lebanese and be flexible about going out, and everything is fine.

Unfortunately, my friends and I booked two days starting from Thursday 12/7/2023, and we were very happy when we entered the suite, but we were shocked by the poor service. Imagine staying in hotel apartments that do not have towels, then you ask for towels from the reception, and they say you are present and come the next day. This is what happened to me. Exactly, I ordered it yesterday and it came today incomplete. I believe that no matter how beautiful the product is, the service makes it cheap in your eyes, in addition to the presence of a strong smell of insecticide inside the suite. I ask the owners of the place to pay attention to the quality of service so that they do not lose a new customer every day.

The location of the hotel is excellent, far from crowds and noise, but at the same time it is close to services. The cleanliness is amazing at times. The furniture is new and the bed is very comfortable. The young man at the Lebanese reception, Nizar, was very good. He had high manners and respect, and the smile did not leave his face. I came from a trip and he never failed me. Thank you very much for the reception and good treatment.
