"Staying in a traditional mud home in Saudi Arabia was an incredible experience that I will never forget. The intricate designs and colors on the walls, doors. Despite the heat outside, the home was surprisingly cool and comfortable, thanks to the excellent thermal insulation properties of the mud. Living in a mud home offered a unique connection to the rich cultural heritage of Saudi Arabia, and I felt privileged to have experienced it. Impeccable stay option in shaqra . They respond in less than 5 mins to your requests. The owner is a gem of a person . Location is best as its inside the shaqra heritage city . So u can roam the entire ciry by night and daylight. Its a dream stay option when u are travelling from dammam to hail instead of staying at riyadh stay close to nature and beauty. Welcome.

Naif and his family have carefully restored an old heritage mud house and built a wonderful oasis just a couple of hours away from the hectic traffic and stress of Riyadh. They've also brought an international standard of hospitality to Saudi Arabia, which has historically not known many foreign non-muslim visitors, hence many other decent places lack the basics such as toilet paper, towels etc. This little home has everything you need and also fast WiFi. Located right on the doorsteps of the Heritage Village of Shaqra, a tour for a minor fee of the even more atmospheric village of Ushaiquer 20min drive away can also be arranged. Only wish I could have stayed longer, completely relaxed at the guest house, and sampel the great Saudi cooking that the family offers!

Great place to stay. We received a very warm welcome from the whole family. The room was comfortable and clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was tasty and everything was freshly prepared. Highly recommended for a visit in this region.
