Gulf Court Hotel Business Bay

Our stay was very nice, special thanks to AHMED the way he dealt with us very professional and friendly. Great Breakfast- thanks breakfast team. Housekeeping could be better. Otherwise all good 😊

Located in Marasi Drive next to the canal. Great view (from the canal view room). I had a bad experience with front desk in my first visit but I really had great responses from them in my subsequent visits. Rooms are relatively smaller but we'll maintained. Below average breakfast menu for an Indian.

I emailed the hotel twice to confirm our stay as we booked via third party - once to Austine Obare and once to the hotel directly, didn't get a reply to either email. Very disappointing The stay overall was fine but started terribly. There was nobody at the front of the hotel to help us take our luggage from the taxi. Then upon check in Elisabeth said we only booked for 1 person. She insisted on charging extra for me and my husband to stay in the same one room. Eventually we found our booking confirmation that showed we booked for 2 people. She didn't apologise for her/the hotels mistake and continued to check us in. Her attitude was so rude and completely ruined the start to our holiday. Room was on the small side but fine Housekeeping was good, ideal location- close to dubai mall by taxi but not by public transport. Breakfast was great, lots of variety.

Poor service. Never left the room a bath floor towel, so had to use the one hand towel left. Some of the lights weren't working. Food is not very good so I had to order and whilst collecting my food from the lobby multiple staff members, including the manager, rudely confronted me about not being able to eat in the lobby (all I did was check the bag). They also charge you 40aed for wanting to reheat any food in the microwave. No care for customer satisfaction after my complaints. Won't be using here and wouldn't recommend it.

Perfect location of this hotel, close to important places. Rooms are small, but cozy. Prices are low compared to other hotels, thats why rooms are small. U want big room, then prepare your self to pay more. Breakfast they offer has variety of dishes, and delicious. Hotel offers gym and there is a pool area. The sport bar is specious. We enjoy staying at this hotel.
