I visited this Museum/Fair as part of my Hajj journey of 2023 / 1444. I noticed the building from a distance and when close to the door saw a QR code of one of the glass doors. I booked the tickets online for the tour in English for around 8:50 am, there were only about 10 people in total and although the tour is interactive it is only interactive for the tour guide and you walk around and watch and listen to him speak. There was some new information that I learned and the tour itself didn't seem rushed which may be due to the time of day when it was quiet. They gave us a free biography book which obviously is built into the price and there's a gift shop at the end of the tour which I thought was overpriced but aren't all gift shops 🤔. The building outside and inside looks very modern. I'll be taking my whole family next time I visit.

Decided to visit but everything was sold out online. However guy at the counter still was able to give us tickets - they cost 40 SAR per person. It’s around a 30-40 min guided tour. Museum is quite futuristic looking. Aspects I did not like at all: 1. It’s very rushed. For the price you pay and for all the things inside the museum, they do not let you explore it. In the end there is an interactive room where some guy will come and start screaming at you to watch the movie, next thing you know you are out 2. Another tour in some other language will start immediately after yours and the you’ll hear the other tour guide in the room next door which causes a lot of disturbance This seems more like a money minting machine than allowing people to have a valuable experience inside

It is a good place. Ticket is 40 SAR per person. You have to book online and then pay at the counter or you can get it from counter also. It is a 25-30 minutes guided tour. They tell you things about Islam and Nabi SAW. It is a good place but they should give a free time to the visitors to see all the things. I didn’t learn any thing new but overall it was a good experience. They don’t allow photos or videos inside. There is a shop at the end which is very nice and you can get quality items there

Visit to the international fair and museum of prophet’s biography

I hope this message finds you well. I recently visited your museum and appreciated the effort put into showcasing the rich history and culture. However, I would like to share some feedback regarding the portrayal of Prophet Muhammad's message and its connection to the Arab community. While acknowledging the beauty of Arab culture is essential, it seems that certain exhibits and written materials may unintentionally convey a message of Arab superiority. For instance, the statement that "Prophet Muhammad’s ummah is Arabs but his message is intended for all" might be misleading, as it could imply a limited scope for the universality of his message. Additionally, I observed content that seemingly praises the superiority of Quraysh women, which, in my opinion, might perpetuate a perception of inequality among Muslims. I kindly suggest reviewing and revising the exhibition materials to ensure that the museum accurately reflects the universal message of Prophet Muhammad, emphasizing equality among all Muslims. It would be beneficial to present a narrative that highlights the Prophet's mission for the entirety of humanity, transcending cultural or regional boundaries. I believe these adjustments will contribute to a more inclusive and accurate representation of Islam's teachings, fostering a better understanding among visitors from diverse backgrounds. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I appreciate the work you do and hope that the museum continues to be a place that promotes understanding and unity.

Great Experience. I visited this museum for the first time. It is a Digital Museum with digital form of Biography of our beloved Prophet Muhammad PBUH. In past it was free for visitors to visit museum. There was no charges. But now the price of ticket is SAR 40/person and children under 7 is free. You can choose the language for your tour while purchasing a ticket like English, Urdu, Arabic, etc. I want to request Government that all the knowledge they have in this museum about biography of Prophet Muhammad PBUH must b share on a website or must be collected in a book whose access will be given to every Muslim. Because in 30-35 minutes you can't grab all the knowledge or you are not able to memorize everything that guide is telling you in a visit. So it's humble request to share this precious knowledge and make access easy to every Muslim. It will help a lot specially to parents to transfer this knowledge to next generation.
