The King Faisal Center for Research and Islamic Studies is one of the organs of the King Faisal Foundation and has a legal personality and an independent budget. It was established in the year 1405 AH / 1983 AD and its main headquarters is in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The center was established to continue the noble mission of King Faisal bin Abdulaziz bin Abdul Rahman - May God have mercy on him - (1907-1975 AD) in spreading science and knowledge between the Kingdom and the rest of the world. The center is a research platform that brings together researchers and institutions to preserve, publish and produce scientific work, and aims to expand the scope of current literature and research; To present it to the forefront of scientific discussions and contributions, and the interests of Islamic societies in the humanities, social sciences, arts and literature.

Strategic goals for the next five years:
1. Increasing awareness and knowledge of the heritage of King Faisal bin Abdulaziz - may God have mercy on him - to preserve his memory and document his contributions to the service of humanity.
2. Stimulating and supporting dialogue and documenting knowledge cooperation to achieve the center's scientific objectives.
3. Focus on scientific research production in the humanities.
4. Preserving and realizing the Islamic heritage.
5. Raising the level of technical infrastructure, electronic applications and electronic presence to facilitate the achievement of the center's objectives.

Indeed, Professor Tariq told me that here are more than thirty books that are brought from any destination in the world. They are addressed to bring that manuscript to serve the students in this science.
